In the case of courier delivery, the courier is not authorised by the Seller<\/strong> to allow the Buyer<\/strong> the opening of packages before signing for delivery, but only after signing for receipt and paying any applicable amounts.<\/p> The Buyer may request the return of products in the following situations:<\/p> Packages show severe damage;<\/p> Products have been delivered\/invoiced incorrectly. Delivery of products other than those ordered must be reported immediately. The Buyer may request a return for replacement, and if the product is out of stock, may choose either replacement or a full refund. If a replacement product of higher value is agreed upon, the Buyer will pay the difference; if the replacement product is of lower value, a partial refund will be issued up to the value of the replacement product.
